Fire, the DNA of our cuisine: that old-fashioned cooking that the fireplace dominating one of our restaurant rooms has inspired so much.
It’s through this element, the fireplace, which evokes warm, friendly and authentic memories for all of us, that we wanted our cuisine to express itself.
Using the richness of our region’s produce, we have chosen our producers and market gardeners within a small area, respecting the seasons.
